Looking ahead to 2025, The Freedom Players Youth Theatre Group will present Great Gatsby (March 2025), Charlotte’s Web (March 2025), The Sound of Music (to be done through our 2025 summer camp), and Beetlejuice continuing their tradition of staging inspiring stories that resonate with audiences of all ages.

About The Freedom Players Youth Theatre Group
The Freedom Players Youth Theatre Group is an initiative that fully encompasses the Cultivator’s dedication to creativity.
The Freedom Players Youth Theatre Group, currently in their 2025 Season, is a dynamic program of The Cultivator, brings young talent to the stage, using performance arts to promote rural literacy, creativity, and storytelling— the core values of our mission.
The Freedom Players Youth Theatre Group welcomes young people from all backgrounds— whether homeschooled, or enrolled in private or public schools. Through a yearly summer camp program and regular theatre practices, this group allows everyone to experience theatre. The group is proud to be inclusive and create a place of belonging for everyone.
In 2023, these passionate performers delighted local audiences with The Wizard of Oz, and The Addams Family: Young At Part, followed in 2024 by productions of The Outsiders, Matilda Jr. The Musical, and Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka Jr The Musical. In 2025, they performed The Great Gatsby, followed by Charlotte’s Web. You can view all of our previous shows on our YouTube channel.
Through theatre, we not only cultivate imagination, teamwork, confidence, and community connections— nurturing the next generation of storytellers and change-makers, we even cultivate our community garden.
